Randolph (Randy) Pitzer

Founder and principal, Randolph (Randy) Pitzer, has a different take on the communications, public relations and marketing sector – the value of relationships. Organizations today understand the importance of relationships and how those relationships impact their success, whereas often they don't necessarily understand how marketing and communications directly impact the top and bottom lines. Pitzer's philosophy is to connect the dots for these organizations and their executives by focusing on relationships – directly correlating how marketing and communications can build relationships that will impact a client's business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes to overcome those challenges.

With over 30 years of successful business experience with major agencies and in corporate marketing and communications roles, Pitzer has gained a great perspective on just how valuable the relationships are in business. He has experience in corporate reputation, consumer, healthcare, industrial B-to-B, and technology communications with both online and traditional media. Pitzer has a strong record of success and award-winning work, including awards from BMA, PRSA, IABC, NPRSA and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Other agencies he has worked for include Edelman, Ketchum, Ogilvy and Porter Novelli. He is on the board of BMA Chicago and the Market Creation Group (Denver), and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri.

Pitzer has worked with some of the world's most respected brands, including A.T. Kearney, Canon, Dow, Expedia, GE, McDonald's, Microsoft, Motorola, Penske and Veolia. He helped two companies go public: SPSS (IBM), data analysis software maker and Spyglass, an Internet pioneer and supplier of browser technology to Microsoft.
